My name is Chris and this is my wife Denise. If you work at Robins AFB, you have probably seen me. Denise spends a lot of her time running between Hawkinsville and Warner Robins. This is our company story…

Our real estate investing company started with just a few rental properties.

We have been buying houses since 2000, when it was easy. In the 2008 housing bust, like many investors, we got educated and lost ours houses too. Since then, we have learned a lot and grown. We discovered a new niche of helping homeowners. We buy the problem houses that don’t fit the normal “Retail/Real Estate agent” box that most people use.

After Realizing Buying Houses is in our blood, We Jumped back in.

We started Real Estate Problem Solver in 2013 and have been “full steam ahead” ever since. We found a new calling; helping people in uncomfortable situations with their house.

After years of continued education and hard work, we have become one of the top home buying companies in Middle Georgia. I inspect the house and analyze the sellers situation to create the best solution for them. Denise manages the contractors and rehab operations. Andrew (our mathman) structures the finances needed to make the solution work .

We quickly realized just how many homeowners in Warner Robins needed help. Home owners that have an extra house, keeping up with two mortgages. Landlords (like we used to be) barely holding on to the income they made on their rentals. Some homeowners that live in the family house, but could not afford to fix it up.

Houston County alone averages 15-25 foreclosures every month. Many foreclosures that could be avoided if the homeowner contacted us in time. These are all real estate problems we can fix.

We started our company because we love real estate. We love to solve problems. Denise is a social butterfly, as I mentioned, she loves helping people in general. Real Estate is a great way for us to meet new people and learn more about the community we live in. We live in Hawkinsville Georgia, we have friends and family all across Warner Robins, Bonaire and Macon Georgia. This is our way of keeping middle Georgia looking and running it’s best.

This Macon Ga house was built by the owner’s husband on Forest hill Rd. When he died, she decided to move to Alabama to be with her Children, But she couldn’t afford to fix the house to sell it. We bought the house as-is, rehabbed the house and is now owned by a new couple. She came back to see what we did. She Loves what we did to her house and proud of the new couple that lives there now.
